RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Resonant Light Technology stands by the quality and efficacy of our devices. We offer a buy-back option only on new PERL M+ devices during the first 60 days. We ask that you use the device for at least 6 weeks, as sometimes it takes this long to realize any results from the use of this technology. If you are not noticing any changes, please consult with us. We will endeavor to assist you to attain satisfactory results.

1. Returns & Buy-Back

We offer a sixty (60) day buy-back warranty on all new PERL M+ purchases. When a buy-back is deemed the best option, we will buy back devices at the price you paid less 10% per 30 day period, until 60 days after the purchase date. Once 60 days have passed, we recommend you inquire about our consignment option. Please note the buy-back warranty is for product items only and will exclude the amount paid for shipping and insurance. Buy-backs are also available for ProGen II purchases under the same terms, less 20% within the first 30 days and 30% for buybacks within 31-60 days.

Upon receipt of the item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase by applying a credit to your original method of payment or sending a cheque.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at:

2. Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at (250) 338-4949 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

3. Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: all our wearable and LED accessories.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
